Regular Priced Merchandise:
If you don't love your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or store credit ONLY. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and must have the original tags still attached and be in the original packaging. Our dresses are outfitted with special garment seal tags that cannot be re-attached once removed. These garment seal tags must be in place in order for the item to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Once this garment seal tag has been removed the dress is final sale. No exceptions.
Please email us (email@example.com) within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit. Please provide us with your original order number, specify which items are being returned and indicate the reason for the return. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the new item/size you would like. You will then be provided with a return authorization number and return instructions.
Once your return has been authorized, items must be post marked/shipped out within 5 days of receiving our return authorization email.
All return shipping fees will be at your expense. Return shipping must be insured and you must provide us with a tracking number once you've shipped the items back to us. Please hold on to your shipping receipt until we confirm that we have received your package as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Upon receipt, items will be inspected to ensure they have not been worn, washed or altered. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any signs of the aforementioned are present. If so, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
We cannot accept any packages with "cash on delivery" fees due.
